Are you a passionate baker looking to take your baking to the next level? Perhaps your finish could do with an upgrade or your range of technical skills be expanded? Would mastery of different kinds of pastry or cake batter raise you to another category of baker? If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, then you’ve come to the right place!
Having spent the last three decades honing my skills in baking and patisserie I am now keen to share my knowledge and help others. To do this I am offering a range of classes and workshops. These are tailored to various levels of skill and each one will give you the confidence to undertake new baking challenges. I am also available for one-to-one or small group tutorials if you prefer.

- Baking Showstoppers – A ‘showstopper’ day with presentation and piping techniques for the budding baker. Genoise sponge, Sable Breton & my famous choux cygnets!
- Bread, Baking & Sweet treats – Master a basic bread as well as biscotti, brandy snaps and meringues.
- Chocolate Baking – A course for chocolate lovers – chocolate & raspberry ganache tart, chocolate melting moments, florentines and a brilliant swiss roll.

- Festive Baking – My signature frangipane mince pies, stollen & festive chelsea buns.
