Hi Eddie. Thank you for the lovely compliments which I appreciate. I would love to pass on my skills to you on one of the courses. The best way of learning is by demostration. The best course to start with is ‘Brilliant Baking’ for pastries but these are full booked up till May. Then there will be a new list available. The courses are run in Catton Hall which is very near Lichfield. Let me know if you have any difficulty. Looking forward to meeting you at some point in the near future. Hugs Brendan

Wishing you a belated merry Christmas. I wish I had seen your cake design before I made my cakes, even though I doubt I could reproduce it to the same standard. it looks absolutely fabulous and I cant wait for an excuse to have a go at making the lamp, what a clever idea.
